The following Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website as well as all purchases made through the site, referred to herein as the "seller." These Terms & Conditions form the exclusive basis for all orders, deliveries, and services provided by the seller to customers. Any regulations deviating from these Terms & Conditions are only applicable if confirmed by the seller in writing. These Terms & Conditions apply to both private and business customers.

Signing the Contract

The contract between the customer and the seller becomes effective when the seller sends an order confirmation to the customer via email. This confirmation is sent upon the successful completion of an order.

Supply Restrictions and Changes

If a product ordered by a customer or a comparable product is unavailable because the seller's supplier cannot supply it, the seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract with the customer. In such cases, the seller will promptly inform the customer that delivery of the product is not possible and will reimburse any purchase price already paid.

Prices and Shipping Costs

• Prices: All prices on the seller's website are final prices. However, VAT and/or import duties may apply for certain shipping countries. These taxes and duties must be paid by the customer to the appropriate tax or customs authorities of the delivery country before the order can be delivered.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not included in the product prices. These costs will be displayed during the order process and added to the total billing amount.

Payment of Merchandise

Payment is due upon receipt of the order confirmation. Customers can typically choose from the following payment methods:

Delivery of Merchandise

• Shipping Address: Ordered goods will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during the order process.

• Global Shipping: The seller delivers worldwide.

• Acts of God: If delivery is prevented due to acts of God or other uncontrollable circumstances, the seller's liability is limited to refunding amounts already paid by the customer.

• Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails twice at the shipping address, the purchase contract is automatically terminated. Paid amounts will be refunded once the merchandise is returned to the seller.

• Delays: If order fulfillment is delayed by more than 4 weeks, and the delay is deemed unreasonable, the customer may withdraw from the contract without penalty after a reasonable grace period.

Retention of Title

Until the customer fulfills all financial obligations under the purchase contract, all merchandise delivered to the customer remains the property of the seller. During this period, the customer is prohibited from selling, using, or granting any third party the right to use the merchandise.

Liability for Payment of Damages

In cases of simple negligence, the seller is liable only for breaches of contractual duties. Liability is limited to foreseeable damages. The seller is not liable for damages caused by defects in the purchased item due to slight negligence.

Severability Clause
