General Returns
Unopened items may be returned for any reason. Simply mail the items back to us within 30 days of the dispatch date. When we receive your package, we will issue a refund via the original payment method for the full purchase price of your product(s), minus the shipping charges we incurred.

Damaged & Incorrect Items
At Fohow UK, we make every effort to package orders securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, once a package leaves our hands, it may go through multiple handling processes, which can occasionally result in damage. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

Do Not Discard the Damaged Product(s): Retain the original box and packaging, as carriers may require inspection.

Prepare for Return:

Place items securely in sturdy packaging to prevent further damage during return shipping.

Include a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlighting the items being returned. Place this copy in the box with the products.

Contact Us First (if applicable): If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error on our part, please contact us to obtain a return authorization before proceeding.
