At Fohow UK, we strive for efficient and effective service delivery. We aim to maintain exceptionally high standards; however, it is our clients' feedback and opinions that ultimately guide our service improvements.

Shipping Within the UK

  • All orders within the United Kingdom will be shipped at a flat rate of £5.00 for parcels weighing less than 2kg.

  • For parcels weighing more than 2kg, we will inform you of any additional cost if it is significantly higher.

  • All orders are shipped via Second Class Signed-For (confirmed) through UK Parcelforce or Royal Mail Postal Service.

International Shipping

  • Europe (Excluding UK):

    • Shipping is available at a flat rate of £15.00 for parcels weighing up to 2kg.

    • For parcels weighing more than 2kg, we will notify you of any additional cost if it is significantly higher.

  • Africa, Asia & USA:

    • Shipping is available at a flat rate of £20.00 for parcels weighing up to 2kg.

    • For parcels weighing more than 2kg, we will notify you of any additional cost if it is significantly higher.

  • Australia, New Zealand & Oceania:

    • Shipping is available at a flat rate of £20.00 for parcels weighing up to 2kg.

    • For parcels weighing more than 2kg, we will notify you of any additional cost if it is significantly higher.

Important Notes

  • International Shipping: We ship to international destinations via the UK Royal Mail, Parcel Force Postal Service, which transfers shipments to the recipient's local postal service for final delivery. Depending on the destination, delivery times can range from 14 to 28 days.

  • Customs and Duties: Customers are advised to check with their local Customs & Excise department regarding shipping laws and potential restrictions on imported goods. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with their country’s import regulations.

  • Liability: Fohow UK and its associates are not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from improper international shipping practices.

Responsibility

Our responsibility ends once we provide proof that the order has arrived in the recipient's country. We are not responsible for delays, issues, or failures in the local postal services of the recipient’s country.
