Usage: 
Fito-ChangQing. Shake the bottle well before opening. Mix bottle content with large glass of warm water (approx. 200-300 ml) and drink it. After 2 hours repeat same with another bottle. The effect typically begins gently after approx. 2 hours. 
 
Active ProBio. Mix one sachet with 150–200ml of cold or lukewarm water (below 37°C). Stir or shake well and consume immediately.
